Beautiful season is coming up right now, with all the colours, and the smells. I really like wandering, hiking in forests, watching leafs changing their colours. I like collecting this nice little creations, and preserve them during winter, or maybe longer. One of the old way for preserve the leaves is pressing. Remember when we made that in ground school: put the leaves between book pages, but I think I can show you a prettier way of pressing.

Gyönyörű évszakhoz érkeztünk, gondolok itt a színekre és az illatokra. Szeretek az erdőben sétálni, túrázni, nézni ahogy a levelek színe folyamatosan változik. Ezeket az aprócska dolgokat gyűjteni is szoktam, hogy megőrizhessem őket a tél folyamán, vagy akár tovább is. Emlékeztek, amikor az általános suliban a könyvek oldalai közé tettük a leveleket és ott préselődtek? Egy kicsit szebb módját mutatom most meg a levél préselésnek.








What do you need?

• 2 cardboard, I prefer pastel, in the colors of the nature. 
• a pair of scissors
• ruler
• pencil
• watercolor paint, brushes
• band or stripe
• ink and a pen

Mi kell hozzá?

• 2 karton (vagy erősebb papír, lehet akvarellpapír is), én a pasztell színeket részesítettem előnyben, természetközelibbek
• olló
• vonalzó
• ceruza
• vízfesték, ecset
• szalag, zsinór
• töltőtoll, tinta

So, choose a paper for the front page, in my case I used an old leaf as a sample, I drawn over, and play with it a little. I don't want to explain more and more, just do it in your way, how you want.
You need a cardboard for the front and for the last page, punch them in the both side, make 4-4 hole in each.

Here comes the easy process: how to make it the whole pack together. Knot the last page with some empty white papers, and put the leaves between the pages. The last page is the front page, I choose the willow- type leafs for the design.

Egyszerűen össze lehet rakni az egészet. Az utolsó oldalhoz kössünk egy sima, fehér papírt, arra tegyük a lepréselni szánt levelet, majd erre tegyünk még egy fehér lapot. Minden lapot lyukasszunk ki és fűzzük át az alatta lévőkön. A legfelső lesz az első oldal, én ehhez a hosszú leveles változatot választottam.





This is the final station.
