Orange and rhubarb tart // Narancsos rebarbarás pite
When I start to cook or bake something, I used to think about colours and forms, the flavour is only the second tought. I start searching for beautiful cookies, pies, or I search for ingredient, because I like the colour or the smell, or something about is. This time it was the rhubarb, because it is seasonal now, but I never used it before, only tasted rhubarb pie, and that was so good. So, here is my little adventure in making a rhubarb and orange flavoured tart or pie.

Ha valamit elkezdek sütni, fÅ‘zni, akkor elÅ‘ször mindig formákban, szÃnekben gondolkozom, az Ãz általában másodlagos. Elkezdek keresgélni jól kinézÅ‘ sütiket, pitéket, vagy egy összetevÅ‘re keresek, mert megragadta a fantáziámat, tetszik a szÃne, vagy bármi vele kapcsolatban. Most a rebarbarával voltam ebben a helyzetben, hiszen szezonja van, de én még csak piteként kóstoltam, viszont nagyon nagyon Ãzlett. Szóval jöjjön az én kis kalandozásom, rebarbarás és narancsos pite készÃtésének folyamata.

What you need for the dough (for 4-5 small pie):
2 cup rise flour + some more for dusting
1 tbsp sugar (I used glucose)
1/2 tbsp sea salt
8 tbsp butter (134 gram)
1 tbsp coconut milk
1 egg

Hozzávalók a tésztához (4-5 kis pite lesz belőle):
2 csésze riszliszt + még a gyúráshoz is kell
1 kanál cukor (én szőlőcukrot használtam)
1/2 kanál tengerisó
8 kanál vaj/margarin (kb. 134 gramm)
1 kanál tej (én kókusztejet használtam)
1 tojás
What you need for the filling:
1/2 tbsp butter
1 big orange, without the hawk, cut into 1 cm peaces
1 slice of rhubarb (without the hawk, cut into 1 cm peaces)
2 tbsp glucose
lemon juice of a half lemon
little bit of salt and pepper

Hozzávalók a "töltelékhez":
1/2 kanál vaj/margarin
1 nagy narancs, meghámozva, 1 cm-es darabokra vágva
1 szál rebarbara, meghámozva, 1 cm-es darabokra vágva
2 kanál cukor (szőlőcukrot használtam)
fél citrom leve
egy csipetnyi só és bors
I made the filling first: I put all the orange and rhubarb in a skillet to the oven, and baked them about 10 minutes in a high temperature. Then I put the sugar, the butter and spices, lemon juice.
After a couple minutes I gat them out from the oven and let them chill.

ElÅ‘ször a tölteléket készÃtettem el: a felkockázott narancsot és rebarbarát egy sütÅ‘tálban a sütÅ‘be tettem, 10 percre, magas hÅ‘fokra. Aztán ráöntöttem a cukrot, a vajat, a fűszereket, a citromlevet. Néhány percre visszatoltam sütÅ‘be, majd hagytam kihűlni.
I made the dough: I mixed the dry materials together, and a milk and egg combination was go with the dough too. Mix everything together, and leave in the freezer for a couple minutes. After I made the pie form by the dough.
I put the filling into the blender and shaked them. Then I squared the dough, and put into the owen for 15 minutes, in a middle temperature.
Be careful, because the rise flour doesn't work the same as the wheat. Rise flour is always getting ready quicklier.

ElkészÃtettem a tésztát: összekevertem a száraz hozzávalókat, majd hozzáadtam a tej és a tojás keverékét. Mindent összekevertem, aztán néhány percre a hűtÅ‘be raktam. Utána összegyúrtam az a pite alapot.
A "tölteléket" összeturmixoltam, aztán rákentem a pitékre, 10-15 percig sütöttem őket közepes lángon. Vigyázni kell a rizsliszttel, mert nagyon gyorsan sül, és ki is szárad.
